Robot can't be charged, what can I do?

1.Check whether the power cord is correctly plugged into the power outlet and the power switch on the back side of station is turned on.
2.Please clean the charging contacts of the station and confirm that the rebound is normal.
3.Clean the charging contacts of the Robot.
4.Long press power button until hear the start up music, short press the return button to make Robot return automactically; If Robot can't be turned on, manually push it in to dock with station, wait for indicator light flashing.
5..Please check charging status in the app if there is a lightning icon.
