What to do if the OZMO Pro 2.0 Vibrating Mopping System doesn't vibrate?

1.Power off the Robot, remove OZMO Pro 2.0 Vibrating Mopping System.
2.Wipe the metal plates with a dry cloth, reinstall the OZMO Pro 2.0 Vibrating Mopping System.
3.Long press the power button to restart.
